TruCap Finance Limited announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, including Board Members, Connected Persons, and Designated Persons, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are approved by the Board and declared to the stock exchanges. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
