Trading Window

Tata Steel Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from June 24, 2026. This closure is a standard compliance measure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the finalization and declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are made public.
