Proceedings and Voting Results of 30th AGM held on 23.06.2026

Bank of Baroda's 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on June 23, 2026, through video conferencing. Shareholders adopted the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, approved the dividend for FY2025-26, and sanctioned the Capital Plan for 2026-27. The meeting also approved the appointment of one non-executive director and the re-appointment of three executive directors, including the MD & CEO. The proceedings and consolidated voting results have been submitted to the stock exchanges in compliance with SEBI regulations.
