Hyderabad, July 30, 2026: Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited (RCML), India's leading pediatric and
perinatal healthcare network, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026,
delivering another quarter of robust performace, driven by strong patient demand, disciplined execution,
and healthy contributions from both its mature and newly commissioned hospitals.
The company reported ~33% YoY revenue growth. Operational momentum remained healthy, with
Inpatient admissions, Outpatient consultations and Deliveries growing by 28%, 25% and 23% respectively.
The company achieved a healthy EBITDA margin of ~29%, driven by continued operational discipline,
improving efficiencies and strong operating leverage. Rainbow's new hospitals continued to perform well,
with facilities commissioned over the past year—ramping up well and delivering as per expectations.
The company has signed definitive agreements for a 100-bed brownfield hospital in Malad, Mumbai, with
operations expected to commence in Q1 FY28. The project marks another strategic milestone in Rainbow's
expansion into high-potential market and will mark its presence in Western India. Building on this
momentum, the company is expanding its Andhra Pradesh footprint further with aquisiton of 70-bed
children’s hospital in Nellore with an additional block of 30 beds in the next 6 month for maternal care and
a 50-bed brand new hospital in Guntur, strengthening access to comprehensive pediatric, women care in
the region.
Alongside its physical expansion, Rainbow continues to accelerate its digital transformation journey
through investments in technology-led initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, streamlining
clinical and operational workflows, strengthening consultant engagement and leveraging data-driven
insights to support the next phase of scalable growth across its network.

Key Developments
• The company signed definitive agreements (ATA and SHA) for a 100-bed brownfield hospital in
Malad, Mumbai1. The facility is expected to commence operations in Q1 FY28.
• Rainbow has further strengthened its presence in Andhra Pradesh with the acquisition of a 70-bed
Prime Children’s hospital in Nellore1 and a 50-bed brand new hospitals in Guntur1.
Updates on Projects:
o Indore: The company remains on track to commence operations at the Indore hospital
during Q3 FY27, marking Rainbow's entry into another high-growth market in Central India.
o Coimbatore: Construction is progressing well at the Company's ~130-bed regional hub
hospital in Coimbatore, with operations expected to commence in Q3 FY28.
o Gurugram (Sector 56): Development of the ~125-bed spoke hospital is progressing as
planned, with commissioning targeted for Q3 FY28.
o Gurugram (Sector 44): Construction of the ~325-bed hub hospital is progressing steadily,
with operations expected to commence in Q1 FY29.
o Pune: Development work continues at the ~150-bed hub hospital in Pune, which is
expected to commence operations in FY29.
o Seegehalli: Work is progressing well at the ~80 beds spoke hospital in Seegehalli,
Bengaluru. The hospital is expected to commence operations in FY29.
• Rainbow Children’s Hospital continues to maintain a strong balance sheet with cash, cash
equivalents, fixed deposits, and mutual fund investments totaling Rs. 6,129 Mn as of June 30, 2026.
These funds will support the ongoing capital expenditure, merger and acquisition plans. With the
current cash and anticipated internal accruals in coming quarters, we are well-positioned to
complete all planned capital expenditures using internal resources.
• During the quarter, the company invested Rs. 563 Mn in capital expenditures towards expanding
and enhancing our services at existing / upcoming hospitals
