Abate As Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. During this period, directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
