Intimation of closure of trading window for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026

SRM Energy Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in anticipation of the board meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will subsequently reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.
