Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) announced that its Joint Venture, HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL), achieved the Actual Date of Commencement of Commercial Operations on June 22, 2026. This significant milestone follows the commencement of its Crude Distillation Unit and other downstream units on June 18, 2026. The lead banker, State Bank of India, has confirmed this declaration, marking a major step for HRRL and HPCL. This indicates the readiness of the refinery for full commercial activity, poised to contribute to future earnings.
