Intimation of Closure of Trading Window for the declaration of un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026

Puravankara Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, preceding the declaration of the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced. This is a standard compliance procedure to prevent insider trading and applies to all forms of dealing, including PMS and pledging of securities.
