Change in Senior Management Personnel

Nelco Ltd announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Jitender Ahuja, Senior Vice President, Products & Solutions, has resigned to pursue personal aspirations, effective June 30, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Brajendra Urmalia, currently Vice President & Head – Maritime Business, has been elevated to Vice President & Head – Products & Solutions, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Urmalia brings over 25 years of professional experience, with 22 years at Nelco, where he has driven strategic growth and built organizational capabilities.
