We are in receipt of your email dated 22nd June 2026 seeking clarification on: 1. The reason for delay in intimating the resignation of the Director to the Stock Exchange within 24 hours from the effective date of resignation; and 2. Resignation of Independent Director does not contain (a) Names of listed entities in which the resigning director holds directorships. In this regard, we wish to submit as under: i. Reason for Delay: The resignation email from Ms. Sonali Dighe was inadvertently delivered to the Company’s spam folder. Consequently, the said communication came to our notice only on 18th June 2026. Immediately upon becoming aware, the Company intimated the same to the Stock Exchange on 18th June 2026. Hence, the delay in submission beyond 24 hours from the effective date of resignation was unintentional and due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control. Page 1 of 3 ii. Resignation Letter: We are enclosing herewith the Resignation Letter received from Ms. Sonali Dighe for your records and perusal. The letter contains the details as provided by the Director.
