Clarification on Delay Intimation.

Sikozy Realtors Ltd clarified a delay in intimating the resignation of Ms. Sonali Dighe, an Independent Director, who ceased to hold office on June 16, 2026. The company stated the delay was unintentional as the resignation email was inadvertently delivered to its spam folder, only noticed and intimated on June 18, 2026. BSE had also sought clarification on the absence of other directorships in the resignation letter, to which the company responded by enclosing the letter as received. Ms. Dighe resigned due to personal reasons and an inability to devote sufficient time to the role, including attending Board Meetings.
