Under the said lease facility, the Company will take on lease commercial equipment such as dumpers, excavators, dozers, graders, water tankers and diesel tankers from Tata Capital Limited for a period of 60 (sixty) months. Upon the completion of lease term, the Company will purchase the leased commercial equipment from Tata Capital Limited in accordance with the terms of the master lease agreement. The requisite details of the master lease agreement as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Securities and Exchange Board of India master circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 will be disclosed in due course upon execution of the agreement.
