Closure of Trading Window for quarter ending 30.06.2026

W. S. Industries (India) Ltd announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the disclosure of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the specified quarter. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated separately.
