Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) announced that its joint venture, HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL), achieved the Actual Date of Commencement of Commercial Operations on June 22, 2026. This milestone follows the earlier start of its Crude Distillation Unit and other downstream units. State Bank of India, the lead banker, has confirmed the declaration, fulfilling the terms of the Rupee Term Loan Facility Agreement. This signifies the project's readiness for commercial production, expected to contribute significantly to HPCL's future revenue and growth.
