Reference: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of our earlier intimation
dated May 28, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company has received the fresh
Certificate of Registration from the Hon'ble Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
The certificate, issued vide an order dated June 22, 2026, formally approves the shifting of the
Company's Registered Office from the State of Rajasthan to the State of Gujarat.
Consequently, the New Registered Office address of the Company is effective as detailed
below:
