Date: July 30, 2026 BSE Limited NSE Limited P J Towers, “Exchange Plaza”, Dalal Street, Bandra – Kurla Complex, Mumbai – 400 001 Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051 SCRIP CODE: 544318 SCRIP NAME: MAMATA Sub.: Disclosure under Regula(cid:415)on 30 of the SEBI (Lis(cid:415)ng Obliga(cid:415)ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula(cid:415)ons, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’) – Resump(cid:415)on of Manufacturing Opera(cid:415)ons at the Company's Ahmedabad Plant Dear Sir Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Regula(cid:415)on 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Lis(cid:415)ng Obliga(cid:415)ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula(cid:415)ons, 2015 and further to our disclosure dated July 25, 2026 regarding the temporary suspension of manufacturing opera(cid:415)ons and produc(cid:415)on at the Company's Ahmedabad manufacturing facility due to flooding caused by unprecedented heavy rainfall, we wish to inform you that the flood water has substan(cid:415)ally receded and the Company has undertaken the necessary restora(cid:415)on and clean-up ac(cid:415)vi(cid:415)es. Accordingly, the manufacturing opera(cid:415)ons and produc(cid:415)on at the Company's Ahmedabad manufacturing facility have resumed with effect from July 30, 2026. The Company con(cid:415)nues to assess the overall impact, if any, arising out of the said natural calamity. We would like to reiterate that all assets of the Company are adequately insured and the ma(cid:425)er has been in(cid:415)mated to the insurance company. The Company remains commi(cid:425)ed to keeping its stakeholders informed and shall con(cid:415)nue to share further updates, as and when available, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Lis(cid:415)ng Obliga(cid:415)ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula(cid:415)ons, 2015.
