Trading Window

Modison Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. The closure commenced on Wednesday, July 01, 2026, in anticipation of the preparation and finalization of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared to the stock exchanges.
