Trading Window

Ducon Infratechnologies Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and insiders, effective July 1, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The closure is in anticipation of the finalization and approval of the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these results are declared and disseminated to the stock exchanges.
