Industrial Investment Trust Limited (IITL) has announced that its subsidiary, IITL Investment Advisors Private Limited, has been struck off and dissolved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) with effect from June 22, 2026. This follows an application made by the subsidiary under the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016. The MCA issued an STK-7 Notice for striking off and dissolution and approved the application.
