Trading Window

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated separately.
