Cessation

Arshiya Limited announced the cessation of Mr. Ved Prakash as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective February 18, 2026. Mr. Prakash, whose resignation was originally tendered in September 2024, cited his inability to devote sufficient time due to residing in Dubai as the reason. The company, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), had its Resolution Professional formally acknowledge the resignation, as board powers are suspended during CIRP.
