Subject: Intimation for Closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s
Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting insider trading, we wish to inform that the
Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons
and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, July 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the
Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30,
2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, are advised not to trade in the
securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
Further, the date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the
Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the said period shall be
intimated separately in due course.
