The remittance towards the share capital and completion of the related Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) formalities are currently under process. Upon completion of the ODI process, Ecosis Infinite, Sociedad Limitada will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Ecosis Limited and consequently it will become step-down Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
