Intimation for allotment of equity shares under Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company

CreditAccess Grameen Ltd announced the allotment of 11,648 equity shares of ₹10/- each to 6 employees. These shares were issued under the company's Employees Stock Option Plan - 2011, following the exercise of options by the employees. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
