Ref: Scrip Code 530215 Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and for the Connected Persons of the Company with effect from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
