The empanelment covers the following products: « Vandu Millet Mix (Multigrain/Ragi/Bajri/Jawari — Salty) « Vandu Millet Chikki (Sweet) Pursuant to the empanelment, the Company shall be eligible to participate in the procurement process and supply the above products to IRCTC catering units across India, including prestigious train services such as Vande Bharat, Gatimaan, Tejas, Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duronto, other Mail/Express trains and static catering units, subject to IRCTC's procurement requirements, competitive bidding process and other applicable terms and conditions. The empanelment is expected to enhance the Company's market presence, strengthen the visibility of its VANDU brand across the Indian Railways catering ecosystem and provide opportunities to participate in future procurement requirements of IRCTC. However, the empanelment does not constitute an award of any purchase order or guarantee any minimum business.
