Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as

of the Company shall remain closed for all our Directors, Promoters, Designated Officers,
Connected Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Tuesday, June 30, 2026
till the announcement/ declaration of Financial Results for the first quarter ending on June
30, 2026 (both days inclusive).
The Trading Window will be opened 48 hours after the information referred above is made
public. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course of time.
