Trading Window

Navkar Urbanstructure Limited announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities from July 1, 2026. This closure applies to promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of financial results.
