Sizemasters Technology Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Promoters, Officers, and Designated Employees (and their immediate relatives). The trading window will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
