In light of the above, Mr. Rehan Hasan, Executive VP - Sales, Mr. Sriram Padmanabhan, Director - Healthcare and Mr. Abhishek Jugran, Director - HPC & Foods who are now reporting to Mr. Herjit S. Bhalla have ceased to be Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from Wednesday, July 29, 2026. However, they continue to be associated with the Company in their respective roles.
