Allotment of 1476432 equity shares

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Ltd has allotted 1,476,432 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on June 23, 2026. This allotment was made under the Niva Bupa Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 (2,42,855 shares) and ESOP Scheme 2024 (12,33,577 shares), upon exercise of options by eligible grantees. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to ₹18,49,23,37,030, comprising 1,84,92,33,703 equity shares, which will rank pari-passu with existing shares.
