In furtherance of the same, we wish to update that, the matter was listed on July 28, 2026 wherein, SAT has adjourned the matter and as this is a group matter involving multiple applicants, law firms, and counsels, the next hearing dates were fixed in consultation with all concerned parties and the Registry. Although the tentative next hearing dates had been communicated orally, we were awaiting the uploaded copy of the order for formal confirmation. The order copy appears to have been uploaded on 30th July 2026. now it will be listed on October 21st, 2026 for final disposal, till that time the order dated March 31, 2023 passed by SEBI is stayed. Further, the requisite details as required under the Listing Regulations SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD–PoD–1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed herewith as Annexure – I.
