Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015 and amendments made thereunder, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity
Shares of HB Leasing and Finance Company Limited (the Company’) has been closed for the
Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and/or persons with whom such designated persons
share a material financial relationship with effect from 013t July, 2026.
Further, the trading window shall remain closed until 12t August, 2026 ie., 48 hours after the
declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first Quarter ended 30* June, 2026.
