A brief profile of Shri Ranpara is enclosed herewith. His professional journey spans organizations ranging from approximately 600 employees to enterprises with workforces exceeding 60,000, giving him wide exposure to varied organizational scales, complexities, and people management environments. Having worked from the grassroots level to Board-level leadership, he brings deep insight into organizational dynamics, transformation, and strategic human resource management. During his tenure with Gujarat power sector utilities such as MGVCL and GUVNL, he successfully led large-scale recruitment initiatives to meet growing business requirements. Recognizing the rapidly evolving energy landscape and increasing renewable energy penetration, he played a key role in establishing dedicated verticals for energy transition and load forecasting. He also drove strategic manpower deployment initiatives and championed upskilling and reskilling programmes across group companies to align workforce capabilities with future business needs. Shri Ranpara has been deeply involved in employee engagement and organizational development, introducing sustainable and meaningful employee engagement initiatives. He has also worked closely with group companies on HR policy formulation and harmonization, ensuring consistency while supporting business priorities. In May 2023, after a long and successful tenure in State PSUs, he joined Grid Controller of India Limited (Grid-India), a Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise, at the Board level as Director (HR). He quickly adapted to this strategic leadership role and contributed significantly to HR policy reforms aligned with Grid- India’s evolving mandate. He placed strategic emphasis on Learning & Development by building partnerships with reputed institutions and strengthening capability-building frameworks. To ensure long-term leadership continuity, he successfully implemented succession planning initiatives anchored in competency frameworks. In addition, he has explored and advanced opportunities for international consulting assignments in capacity building.
