Closure of Trading Window

Gujarat Toolroom Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This measure is taken in compliance with SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, ahead of the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after these results are made public. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
