Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Glance Finance Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all connected persons, effective July 01, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Insider Trading - Code of Conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
