ITAT has completely deleted all additions related to Transfer Pricing and Corporate Income Tax (Additions amounting to appx INR 1,305 Crores). Transfer Pricing additions are deleted considering the Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) signed by the Company on January 5, 2026. Corporate Tax additions are deleted on merits following earlier years’ ITAT Order on same matters. Assessing Officer is yet to issue “Order Giving Effect to ITAT Order”. 5 Impact on financial, operation or No adverse impact on financial, operation or other other activities of the listed entity, activities. ITAT decision is in favor of the quantifiable in monetary terms to Company, it deletes outstanding Tax demands, the extent possible; however Income Tax Department may prefer appeal in Hon’ble High Court on Corporate Tax issues.
