Fruition Venture Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Shivi Jindal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, effective June 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Jindal is a commerce and law professional with multidisciplinary experience in various business functions and has passed the Independent Director Proficiency Test. Concurrently, Ms. Shefali Kesarwani resigned from her position as Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal commitments, effective June 25, 2026.
