Trading window closure

Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's code of conduct. The measure is in anticipation of the finalization and approval of the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared and disseminated, with the Board Meeting date for results consideration to be intimated separately.
