Intimation of closure of Trading Window for the quarter ending June 30,2026.

Vedant Fashions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, effective from June 26, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the freezing of PANs for Designated Persons will be effective from July 01, 2026.
