Wardwizard Healthcare Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for Promoters, Directors, and Designated Persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are published, with the date of the Board Meeting to be intimated separately.
