Industrial Investment Trust Ltd announced that its subsidiary, IITL Investment Advisors Private Limited, has been struck off from the Register of Companies and dissolved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, effective June 22, 2026. This follows a previous intimation regarding the subsidiary's application for removal under the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016.
