Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated January 29, 2026 regarding voluntary liquidation of MHC Global
Healthcare (Nigeria) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“MHC Nigeria”) under the applicable laws of
Nigeria.
In this regard, we wish to inform that the Company has received the letter dated today i.e., July 29, 2026 at 2.28 pm (IST),
informing that the Account and Return of Final Meeting of MHC Nigeria have been registered by the Corporate Affairs
Commission in accordance with section 631(4) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 and MHC Nigeria shall be
deemed dissolved at the expiration of three months from the date of issue of said letter. A copy of letter is enclosed as
Annexure.
It may be noted that the dissolution of MHC Nigeria will not affect any business/ accounting policies and will not have
any material impact on the financials of the Company.
This disclosure will also be hosted on Company's website viz. www.maxhealthcare.in.
