Trading Window closure intimation

Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, by the Board of Directors. The date of the Board Meeting for these results will be intimated later.
