For implementation of the proposed project, the Company has executed a long-term lease deed in respect of hospital premises situated at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The leased premises comprise an existing, newly built hospital building with requisite healthcare infrastructure, which is expected to facilitate a faster operational ramp-up with relatively lower execution timelines and capital expenditure as compared to a greenfield hospital development. The proposed hospital is expected to strengthen the Company's presence in Andhra Pradesh, expand access to specialised women and children's healthcare services and support the Company's long-term growth strategy.
