Dear Sir/Ma’am, In furtherance to our earlier disclosure dated 01 July 2026 and our subsequent responses/letters submitted to BSE Limited regarding the non-submission of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of Hampton Sky Realty Limited (“Company”) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, this is to inform you that the Promoters of the Company have received a communication on July 27, 2026, from the Depositories, who in pursuance to the instructions/order/communication made by BSE Limited have frozen the demat accounts of the Promoters of the Company for debit transactions. The aforesaid action has been initiated on account of the non-submission of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, within the timeline prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The Company is taking appropriate steps to complete the pending compliance and is taking all necessary actions in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the relevant circulars. As on the date of this disclosure, the Company does not expect any material financial impact on its business operations or other activities on account of the freezing of the promoters' demat accounts for debit transactions.
