A. Food delivery
Zomato operates a B2C technology platform
that provides customers with a seamless, on-
demand solution to discover local restaurants,
order food, and have it delivered reliably and
quickly.
Every order on Zomato requires real-time
coordination. A meal has to be prepared by a
third-party restaurant, picked up by an
independent delivery partner navigating
unpredictable traffic, and delivered while the
food is still hot — executed at a scale of millions
of orders per day with no room for error. Over
time, we have invested in building systems that make this possible, reliably and at scale across the length
and breadth of the country. As of Mar-26, our food delivery operations were present across 900+ cities pan-
India.
