The allotment under the respective scheme(s) is made in the following manner: a) ESOP Scheme 2020- 2,42,855 Equity shares; b) ESOP Scheme 2024- 12,33,577 Equity shares; The said Equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity shares of the Company in all respect. The above allotment has been approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company today i.e. June 23, 2026.
