Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited has allotted 1,476,432 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, following the exercise of options by eligible grantees under its ESOP Scheme 2020 and ESOP Scheme 2024. This allotment, approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to ₹18,49,23,37,030, comprising 1,84,92,33,703 shares. The newly issued shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares.
