The said dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 22, 2026, has now been approved by the Shareholders at the AGM. The dividend will be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as on the record date fixed for this purpose, i.e., July 22, 2026.
