Closure of Trading Window

Jindal Stainless Limited announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, effective from Wednesday, July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The window will remain closed until the second trading day after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for considering these results will be intimated later.
