July 29, 2026 The Manager - Listing BSE Limited (BSE: 507685) The Manager - Listing National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE: WIPRO) Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Grant of Restricted Stock Units This is to inform you that the Company has granted 9,11,458 (Nine Lakh Eleven Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Eight) ADS Restricted Stock Units and 1,10,424 (One Lakh Ten Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Four) Restricted Stock Units under Company’s Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, to identified employees of the Company. This grant is effective from July 29, 2026. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
